  1. Dave, how is your frame rate, compared to your previous Nvidia card (?)
  2. I can tell my contributions: Skins for all Turkish F-16C Block30,40,50,50+ squadrons, with correct serials. Extensive loadouts for different years and missions, automatically applied per year/wep availability and easily selectable in Mission Editor.
  3. Really great work with the Mainscreen Hellman
  4. Check the LCS-1 mod by Whiteboysamurai. The missile setup on it works pretty good. In any case, like Wrench says, I'm waiting for NA to play around with this kind of stuff.
  5. Slick solution mate, thanks for the upload too I came across this while editing the F-5 and Sabre skins for the Anatolian terrain, so I had been looking for a solution. Now the only problem left is the AI loadouts. (for campaings) and I think we could assign different loadouts for skins, off to check that..
  6. Most likely, yes. Here's one way to do it: Just like with SEAD missions, in Anti-Ship missions, pressing "E" will mean "next enemy ship". But there is a question here. At the beginning of a SEAD mission, E doesn't target you anything until you come to the target area or come across any AAA/Sam unit on the way. Since the antiship missiles here have pretty long ranges, you should be able to launch from standoff ranges.. I'm thinking a basic integration with the Hawkeye could be in work here, like them informing that the enemy convoy is detected, and your E button will start working... Of course, these ideas assume that SF2:NA and campaings will give the player option to fly other navy strike aicraft. (From older releases)
  7. Here's a quick guide for a few of the Soviet Anti-Ship/Cruise missiles: SF2-NA_Soviet_Bombers&Cruise_Missiles_Ref.Guide.pdf The missile flight profiles are pretty interesting. The screenshots show similar flight paths are simulated in game. The AS-4 Kitchen in particular is very deadly with speed reaching Mach 4+. Oh and I'm guessing the TU-95RT will be the Jamming platform for Soviets just like the Prowler for the US Navy. The variety of new systems TK is introducing is immense IMHO.
  8. Glad you're enjoying the Handbook The AI coding should be getting a real workover. For ships, do they launch SAMs against incoming aircraft or do they detect they're being painted by an incoming active missile and defend against that. Reloading takes time.. (If the latter is implemented of course, which the only clue we have is a screenshot of a fireball ) For aircraft, how far do they push the attack before dumping ordinance when enemy starts lobbing SAMs like crazy. Also the campaigns.. It's bound to keep track of the naval forces attrition.. Boy this is tough. Hats off to TK and his small team for the effort to build a classic like this
  9. Nice lights mate Just a note for other downloaders: If you don't have sounds, they can be found in Paulopanz's Lightning release thread: http://combatace.com/topic/65439-ee-lightning-f1-upgrade-skin-pack/page__p__501634__hl__lightning+f1+upgrade+full+pack__fromsearch__1#entry501634
  10. Here we go.. I think I got all the ships from screenshots released to date. A few of the newer systems (like the RAM launchers, etc.) won't be included in the timeframe and they will need to be cleaned. Any help would be appreciated. 11. You should be able to remove the meshes using this technique: http://combatace.com/topic/67237-removing-antennas-from-stock-models/page__view__findpost__p__519739 First, find the probe's meshes from the LOD or OUT file, then edit the aircraft data.ini btw I'd be interested in this mod too
  12. If you mean the Radar on the main mast (just aft of the bridge), it doesn't seem damaged. The real photos depict it slanted just like that. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:49KashinClassDestroyerMediterraneanJan1970.jpg)
  13. Thanks all, I'll be hammering away at this, during the weekend
