All you guys on bikes , be carefull out there! We had ANOTHER kid get killed where I work after the KISS concert last week. He was doin a wheelie, lost control at about 35=40 mph. Both him AND his girlfriend were thrown off the bike, he hit a big boulder then a tree, she just hit the tree. He was pronounced dead at the makeshift helipad, she regained conciousness while being airlifted out but due to major head injuries she could not speak.

I searched for UBERAI and it gave me 478 pages, none of them containing the word "UBERAI"

Well, I was going to delete this post after using google search and finding it in less than one second, but I decided not to since Id really like to know the trick.

Sorry. no free beer, but now that I got your attention Im trying to add the 30mt bomb, I downloaded the file (text to add to weapons .ini), but for the life of me I cant find the weapons.ini .

Even after doing a search of the entire game folder, nothing. Is it in a .cat file and needs to be extracted?

Once again, sorry about the beer thing,,,

Id figure renaming "hangarloop.wav" to "hangarloop1.wav",,that way it will look for the original file, and when not found, will ignore it like in battlefield 1942. And if it dont work and results in a CTD, then just rename it to original name,

ok, renaming doesnt work, I'll try removing it, see if that works.

well, heres the bad part, there are none. people usually connect using hamachi or hyperlobby

Whew,, I was hoping for good news on this one,

I am by no means a modder, but the way I see it, it would be difficult at best to make it realistic, due to the fact that the ho chi minh trail consisted of a myriad of truck routes, river channels, foot and bike trails and even tunnels that changed on a daily basis.

may not be "super-manuverable", but it has a helluva cieling!

Ok, I'm going to post this here, since its kinda related. The title of the post is what got my interest, and I thought this sounded like a cool weapons mod.

Where to find it, I thought to myself. I figured that it was probably uploaded here, since the question was posted here, so I proceeded to the downloads section and clicked on the search tab.

First I had it search "all catagories" and it came back with 28 pages of results. :umnik2:

Then I thought I would narrow t down a bit and just have it search the thirdwire series section only.

My results? 0, zip, zilch.

I even copy/pasted the name he used to describe the weapons mod (AVQ laser designator)

What am I doing wrong?

@ Fates, I saw one of those the other day too, same color. I had to do a double-take to make sure it wasnt a 70's model baracuda. Those arte NICE. Reminds me of the one in a neighbors back yard that had a blown engine, he wouldnt sell it for ANY amount, and I even had a 392 hemi I was all ready to drop in it.
