the D folder is inside the main 111 folder and there it must stay. Otherwise the decals.ini. file won't find the decals.

Yes I do , Seems I'm a bone head and attached the wrong Nose1.tga file into the zip. I've sent a new version in and hopefully Jeff will have it up soon.

They could get away with the tiger because they are an offical NATO Tiger squadron. Those squadrons all seem to have more outrageous markings than their counterparts regardles of nationality.

This was my best source as it shows the charcol as being a replacement for the tan in the SEA camo and then two distinctly different greens although keep in mind there are two different versions of this pattern the other does have less grey in it

Try and remember as well that Fox would have had multiple cameras working this event. Meaning that camera A stays on the pres and others the crowd for reaction and other goings on. This could have simply been a mistake in the control van caused by somebody forgetting to switch feeds.Right or wrong this happens alot in live broadcasts.

Hmmm good find I'll have to keep that in mind. On the other hand we can always shorten up the decal name , if its kept in the skins folder uninstalling them shouldn't be a problem so very simple names could be used.

Before you install the patch , if you have custom skins installed back up the aircraft ini files so that you can reset them after. The patch reset all of the ini files so any mods will be lost. I also lost my pilot records.

I didn't care for how cluttered my aircraft folder was getting with extra decals so I tried some thing. I added a new folder, inside the aircraft folder and gave it the same name as the skin as whose decals would go into it; I named it 417 for my 417 squadron skin. inside it I placed all of the decals for that skin. Next i opened the decals.ini folder for that skin and changed the decalfileformat line to have 417 in front of the decal I wanted to useso it looked like this: [Decal001] MeshName=fuselage DecalFacing=RIGHT FilenameFormat=417canada Position=2.15,-0.000 Rotation=0.0 Scale=1.85 DecalMaxLOD=4 Now the decals still appear on the air craft but don't clogg up your aircraft folder this will also make uninstalling a skin much easier

What exactly did you have to change? My 417 squadron 104 skin doesn't have decals stored conventionaly yet seems to work fine.
