I'm done with the textures so now just adding targets and bases: Typical enemy town: Some Houses , an HQ building , a power plant, a warehouse , and may be some toyota Hilux and a SAM (Stinger) launcher in the future. So now we can do air-ground missions: There is an enemy base at Kidal: And now the sea shore looks more pretty in Dakar: More things coming as soon as possible.

I'm trying to do my first terrain and as anything new you do the first time....lots of problems appear. The problem is that when I choose the option to "Autotexture" the editor crashes... at W7 or XP. Any idea? By the way: The import of the DEN file went ok, and when I open the tileset list too, I'm using the stock desert textures. Thank you guys Cangas

The editor does not recognise the desert texture list I have to create it manually and the resulting autotexture is horrible.... So I'd like to try the one you have metion me before. I've sent you a PM with my an e-mail. Thanks again

I've been able to make it work (at least autotexture) ... and I'm still playing with the editor getting use to it. If for any reason I don't get correct things or tileset give more problems I will ask you for it Wrench. Thank you very much for your valuable help.

Yes for sure. 1-New Terrain , size 1000 Km resolution 2000 X 500 2-Coordinates 20 W 10 N with map scale 100% 3-Open de DEN file with no problems 4-Open Texture list 5-I open the Texture List Terrain, using the stock one that gives us the Editor, in my case " TextureListDesert" that I've saved at the same folder where I have the.bmp files 6-Viex texture Tile (All is purple and as far as I know this is normal) 7-I go to autotexture.... It works and when it reaches the 100% Windows says: The program does not respond...at it crashes...

Hi I'm trying to do my firts terrains and I'm unable to obtain the Topographic maps needed from USGS..... Is there any way to obtain them? Or any of you could obtain that map for me? Thanks Cangas

An important remark: The take off from the USS Kearsage is a "normal" take off, wihtout the aid of any catapult, so for that ones using a "difficult" configuration , be carefull with your weight before taking off.

Just an update of the original terrain... or a totally new one?

Uhmm Bizarre.....

In fact this is the "closest" cockpit you can obtain right now just using the things avaible here at combatace as well as some "minor" moddig skills:

There is no a F-1 cockpit avaible till the MOD will be uploaded. The closest one you can find (Only for versions C and C-200 (E) as the CT and CR is different ) is the SUE one, which , with a few ini editing can be brought up to an appereance similar to the F-1 cockpit.

The F-1 is still in development..... We'll have to wait but for sure that the result will be amazing, perhaps one for not saying the best MOD ever made for that game.
