Nice! I'd like it a bit bigger, with the Gulf of Finland going all the way to S:t Petersburgh and a bit more north, so a bit more of Finland will be included. Also, I think it would be great if we could use sattelite images for some of the bigger cities (and maybe places a bit more special to ourselves). Thanks a lot for showing interrest!

Well, I've still got the same issues as before. If you want to help me, phunk, that would kick ass. I want the map to contain the territory on the image. I think that your black sea map is quite good. I love the dense vegetation and buildings. However, if you have problems with getting the height map, I can send over all my current stuff. It doesent contain all the territory I want, but it's something.

Another insane Saab skin from me Yet again it's a fictive skin. It's a Saab J35 painted to resemble Jolly Roger's aircraft. A possible story that could lead up to an aircraft like this would be if the cold war wouldn't end, Sweden didn't make the cuts made in the late 80's, and then went on into the 90's, meaning that Sweden could afford to make an Agressor program. And to maintain neutrality, the aircraft would be both painted in Russian and American schemes. Or another could quite simply be that the US during the cold war would have a policy of getting the most efficient aircraft, rather than whatever the US industries come up with. Which would result in purchasing a few Drakens for evaluation. Why it would end up on an aircraft carrier based unit needn't be explained. I want to mention that this skin is based on whiteknight06604's bare metal Draken skin. Also, this is a first version. I'll see if I'll improve it later, anyone willing is free to improve it himself, but mention me and whiteknight. -

I think the ultimate jet would have Double Delta wings, for high ammounts of internal fuel, stealthy appearance and many hardpoints. Maybe foldable canards, like on the canceled J35 MOD project. -

Firstly because I wanted to see what it looks like, and secondarilly because I want this in my forthcoming campaign. Naturally, the decision fell on the modern M/90 camo pattern used on tanks, trucks and uniform within the Swedish army. All you have to do is to unzip the directory and drop it into your Gripen folder. This skin was created by me, if you upload it onto other pages, remember to mention that it was made by me, and that I'm here on combatace. After lots of work, I've managed to get water on my map :fans: However, I've got a few issues. First of all, the following screens are above what's supposed to be Halmstad. WHERE IS IT!?! Same problem with every city... Also you can see the square, untransitioned textures with the same bit of road... repeating again and again. I've put forrest as priority 1, and lowered the minimum level to 5 meters, and yet there's surprisingly little forrest. And finally, the weird untransitioned square tiles going into the sea. What's wrong?

OK. Doesent anyone have allready converted files they could upload? Paint can't use TGA's nor alphas for some reason. Also, the city tiles arent included in the texturelist included with the terrain editor. -
Hi. I'm working on a campaign, and I'm stuck on one point. The sea tiles are green. What I need is help to convert the .TOD, .TGA and .TFD images. Paint firstly won't open them, and secondly, there are so many that it would take ages. Isn't there some place where you can get them all pre-converted, or maybe there's some useful tool? Also the wrong city names appear, and the cities overall don't seem to exist.

I've been looking arround, and this is What I've found when it comes to aircraft: Sweden: Finland: Poland: http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?autoc...ll=1&id=130 I think this is a sufficient variety of aircraft, but I wouldn't have anything against including the Lansen, SK60, Iskra or other aircraft that were used by Sweden, Finland or Poland.

Here's a preview of the territory. Because of the frankly strange way the world map is divided in the sattelite view thingy I got my height map from, I had a choice: either I'd have large parts of the Soviet Union, eastern Poland, all of Finland, but no part of Sweden whatsoever, or I could have southern Sweden, east Germany, Northern Poland, Denmark and a small bit of Soviet territory. I chose the later, which means that the enemy will mostly be attacking from the East. To avoid the enemies ONLY attacking from the West, I've let the Russians invade Gotland. The Finns primary base will be on Åland. So here's the pre-mission screen I'll use in the campaign.
