Great aircraft composite artwork gallery
itifonhom replied to Hellshade's topic in WOFF UE/PE - General Discussion
rOEN911 is really very talented and lately he joined ScreenShotWorld too, I really do hope we'll see some great artwork from him! And "reef", the creator of "Standing Tall" has also rejoined SSW, can't wait to see some artwork from him, the guy is one of the best around! -
Happy Birthday WM, I wish you Luck, Health and Happiness and a flying start to the next 50!

I can't explain the second one but the first is clear enough, it was an invisible tree!

OT: According to the Red Cross I'm a criminal
itifonhom replied to Von Paulus's topic in WOFF UE/PE - General Discussion
I already see the future of war games. Everybody will add the role of a Red Cross (Crescent) nurse in every ego shooter to keep it legal. Then every gamer will be able to claim: "I don't kill anybody in Modern Warfare, I just care for the wounded!" BTW, running in white high heels though a battlefield is really something new!! -
OT: According to the Red Cross I'm a criminal
itifonhom replied to Von Paulus's topic in WOFF UE/PE - General Discussion
I really think their main problem is exactly the fact that we prefer sitting in front of our monitors. Surely they'd prefer having a generation like the one of WWI that went oh so happily at Flanders to be slaughtered while the generals kept having their brilliant ideas. The Red Cross never seemed to bother about any of that generals at the time, in fact at any time. Seems it's more "heroic" to kill for real than virtually. Well, they can have it, I'm not a hero, I'm a gamer. -
Nice video Widowmaker, looks rather good but, where do I buy this game?
-
Well Widowmaker, people expect to learn like in Matrix, reading is useless! As you know, I work at an airport and once a passenger asked me where Gate B1 was. Right above my head a sign cube was hanging from the ceiling, 2x2x2 meters big, with a -B1- on all four sides! I gave up trying that very day!

Just found something - better late than never
itifonhom replied to Olham's topic in WOFF UE/PE - General Discussion
Ohhhhhh now I see Olham, this picture is of today but your claim is of tomorrow, so the debris isn't there yet! Aha, the usual time travel! Claim denied.... -

Sorry but I can´t see any kind of debris over there Olham, so that is not enough. Next time please show a photo of the remains please! Amazing Olham! -
Hi there everybody! I enjoy for some months now being part of SSW (title) and lately they have done a huge re-arrangement and regrouping. The new site looks just superb! For those who don't know about SSW, it's a community of people that are simmers, gamers, digital artists, screenshooters or just plain viewers who enjoy digital arts. The main focus is Aviation Art but the range of themes doesn't stop there. Anyone can join for free and start contributing, from unedited screenshots to complex composite fully edited creations. There's even a section for 3D artwork, Photography and Video. Regular competitions are taking place, tutorials and a file library. The level of their artwork is simply stunning, just take a look at their Frontpage here: http://screenshotworld.com/frontpage/

Well, I think you can post them to the "Composites" section too. As far as I can tell, your images are composites and that section isn't simulator or game specific, so anything composite will fit in! And if you do decide to post your artwork Robert then I surely want to know your technique because it's surely new and unknown to and the results speak for themselves!

From what I see at your blog Hauksbee, they´re going to love your artwork! And guys, feel free to have your say on the artwork over there, the "newcomer" status has no disadvantages! It´s all very friendly and everybody likes to hear what others think about his work, good or bad, it´s a big part of the way we learn. Nobody ever started as an expert but became one through learning and of course exercise. I really liked seeing some OFF artwork over there, pretty nice screenshots and composites, the members here are really talented I think! And don´t forget the video section, I know some of you have great OFF videos to post!

Hi there everybody! I'm mainly active at the OFF Forum here at CA, so I first posted this at their General Discussion section but I thought that maybe other here are interested swell. Like in the title, SSW is now back after they have done a huge re-arrangement and regrouping. For those who want to learn and improve, there's a "Tutorial" section for some ready to learn knowledge. But of course the best way is just posting your work and let people guide you, tell you what could be better, how to improve things, better techniques etc. The critique at SSW is at rather professional levels, never personal but always taking account of the creator's level, background, capabilities and style. Doesn't have to be photorealistic all the time, artistic is just fine too!
-
That's for sure THE place to start asking WM, I started posting just edits in March, went on to composites, to 3D and now I'm making my first own 3D model! Wasn't easy and had a learning curve but made me real proud to come so far! @Olham: these aren't Hauksbee's artwork (although his artwork is just as beautiful), they are from SSW members.
-
No, it's not new, it's four or so years old site but they did a reorganization just recently. So it's old and new at the same time! The owners wanted to expand the interests a bit further than only screenshooting, therefor the new sections of 3D and Photography fir example. I'm a member since last March myself, so not for that long to say the whole story.
-
No beatings! Peace! :-) Well, some of the guys over there are really talented indeed but as I said, you don't have to create such an artwork to be part of it, it's all cool and friendly. Just be yourself and show what you like. But from time to time my jaw drops to the ground from what I see, such talent and creativity! BTW, you guys seem to have a magical touch because now there's an OFF section too!
-
As far as I know the accounts have been already approved so there should be no problems viewing posts or even posting. The good thing with this forum is, you don't have to be a Photoshop expert to post there, any screenshot you feel looks special will work. But the best part is, if you like to become better, edit, compose, learn new tricks etc, it's just the right place to start! It's pretty much a place of friends sharing common interests, just like the forum here.

The only thing that makes me sad about the Elder Scrolls V Skyrim is the fact that I'll have to wait five years again until Elder Scrolls VI, except the future DLCs of course!

Confirmed, horses do attack NPCs and kill them, I've witnessed an abandoned horse attack a group of three bandits and tear them to pieces! Didn't attacked me though! And yes, seems to be the Game of the Decade!

I made a real good looking Nord woman, I thought, if I had to live with someone for so long, better have at least nice oo ! No loading times while running in the wild, the only loading times I get is when I go inside or outside buildings or big towns and that's some five seconds or so. Maybe it has to do with the RAM installed, I got 8GB on Win 7.

You should find some ore or ingots first, the go to the smith and use his bench. You can upgrade armor too or smith your own weapons. As for the dogs, word has it there are more than one but only one can talk! And you can get one as a companion too! How great is that!
