I haven't noticed that issue, but also haven't tried the campaign in a long time. I don't actually have time to look into it right now, but if you post the issue in the forums (maybe in the file announcement thread for the mod...), someone else who's more up to speed than I am with the current patch levels might be able to help you resolve it.
