Misterdan

I have spent some considerable time playing through the campaign and i have noticed that getting your pilot promoted seems to happen (in my opinion) too quickly. In my current Campaign I started with a sergeant pilot in RFC 70 and within 7 weeks of game time of enlisting this pilot he is a Captain which I wolud have thought impossible in reality. What I would like to know is if there is any file that can be changed to make promotion a little harder/longer time period to achieve just to help with experience of the campaign. Any help much appreciated

I am new to OFF and I have been very impressed with what I have seen so far. I have one question regarding the campaign mode which is whether it is possible to change/transfer to another squadron once the campaign is started? Thanks Dan
