Most freeware aircraft don't have Virtual Cockpits. Kirk Olsen's F-16 is a fine exception. You're not doing anything wrong, they're simply not there.

It's not that big of a deal to me, but i know you're rather perfectionist about this MJ :D but the main page has been loading rather slow as of late. I mean, it seems to take a while to make the connection, not to actually load. I'll click the link, and it'll take 5-10 seconds before it does anything, but then everything pretty much appears at once.

yeah it has,ok heres another question,does it play good with any other firewall programs? for example zone alarm,or jimmysurf ad blocker?..or for that matter with symantec products? Exactly what I'm wondering, or does it replace them?

Still takes about 10 seconds for it to do anything. Like I said, its not that important to me, bah, a whole 10 seconds. But I've seen how you like to attack that response time ;)

If you like bush flying at all, make sure you get Holger Sandmann's high res mountain sceneries. just do a search on simviation.com. They're very accurate, and very fun for flying around in the Caravan Amphibian. He's got several out, including Glacier Natl Park, Bella Coola Area, and eastern British Columbia. They're all awesome.

A moutain lake I landed on near Bella Coola. Nice little lake, small and secluded. It'd be great for some (chilly) skinny dipping... :)

Here's a couple of screens included in the Glacier Natl Park zip.

Actually, I get better fps out in these sceneries than in cities and the like. There's a complete lack of traffic or cities, so you can turn on the trilinear filtering, distant textures, and turn up the autogen scenery and still get good frames while flying in some of the best bush scenery out there. for example, in city areas, I get anywhere from 15-20 fps. In this scenery, I did those three things and am still getting 25-30 fps. Plus its more fun :)

How about an Nvidia 6800, or an ATI X800 PE? :D If you want a card that is used a lot nowadays, get a ATI Radeon 9800 Pro. If you dont' want to go that high, a 9700 Pro should do. Don't know much about nvido cards.

Hey guys, there's a B-17 and a B-24 at our local airport, but they're leaving tomorrow. I'm gonna go out tomorrow morning with a friend and get a tour :D I'll see what I can do for pictures, as the digital camera is in San Fransico with my parents... By the way, CB, they originally weren't scheduled to come come to Manhattan, but some WWII vets son convinced them to stop by. I think they're flying back to KC tomorrow. If you want to see them, they should be there for a little while.
