I heard about that a while ago, I think. Doesn't really matter, though :) I doesn't really surprise me though. I mean, everything about the Eurofighter is designed for maneuverability and precision. Performance and stability are inverses of each other in plane design. The Eurofighter has so much performance that it cannot be flown by human alone. It needs a computer just to keep the thing level. Sounds like a fun plane to me :D

Wow... I've got to admint, that's an awesome shot. If you don't mind, some constructive critisism... First, the plane and the guy are awesome. Only thing I noticed were some logistical thing. First, the light on the front of the plane. Everything else looks like it was an airbrush painting, and then you've got this big stencil for a light. Looks out of place. And second, correct me if I'm wrong, but shouldn't the control tower thingy be on the other side of the carrier? I thought they were all on the starboard side, and you've got that one on the port side. Good pic though!

Yeah, wrong spot. Shoulda started a new thread, but no harm done If I remember, a *.rar is a compression file, sort of like a zip. You have to use WinRAR to extract it. Just do a google for winrar.

Well, sure, new tech is always a waste of money when it first comes out. That's just the cycle of hardware :) It will eventually be a necessity...

Sounds like a great system there, Fates. I'd have to agree with BUFF, the nForce4 boards have won this round as the best board, IMO. I like the ActiveArmor, myself. I've got an MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum in my comp, and I love it. I strongly suggest the Neo4's. I don't think you'd have a problem fitting a XP-120 on them, either.

I'd go for a sexy new vid card over a new processor ;) I lvoe my 6800GT... a 6600GT would really make your system a lot better, provided you have AGP (I think you said you did, I'm too lazy to go looking again :))

Huh... those are some impressive results there. Better than the 2.6 Intel! I'm probably thinking of the Barton 2500, but I thought they were more competitve with the 1.8-2 GHz Intels. Guess a good 200 MHz jump from default gives a good response!

Huh... I wonder how that will tie into the the first game. At the end, you see Jack leaving the island... So why did he come back? I hope they have a good story with it. I do like the idea of being able to set traps. And it looks like this time, you can actually sneak right up behind the mercs, that was one of the few things I didn't like about FarCry. Makes that very able machette rather useless. Oh well, it does look good. Can't wait to see what it's like! Oh, and don't get me wrong, I LOVE FarCry. Probably the greatest game I've played in a good long time.
