Chaotic scene in Boston area after explosions, gunfire, fatal shooting of MIT officer
hrc replied to Dave's topic in The Pub
Good clip. False flag terrorism being carried through the drill, where there is a drill and then somebody flips it live is the most common technique of US, British intelligence. It was well documented by Webster Tarpley long time ago during his research of NATO intelligence false flag operations in Italy during 60's and 80's. (Operation Gladio). -
How progressive and democratic. Equality of men at its best! :P

What is the best way to get out of a spin? Except hitting autopilot of course. I always thought that rudder left, joystick right and full power is the recipe but it doesn't work.

He may well be that. But there is a saying in my country: Even a blind chicken hits some corn.Man, I gotta stop with them sayings. :P All that types like him want to say is that governments do lie, and that they are involved in false flags, and that it is not just science fiction. History, nearer and far is full of them: Gunpowder plot, Blowing of USS Maine, burning of Reichstag, killings of Kennedies and M.L. King, Gulf of Tonkin incident (NSA admitted it in 2005), operation Phoenix (where S. Vietnamese civilians were killed in thousands and made look like VC did it) , operation Gladio, killing of Aldo Moro, even the most tragic event in human history, WW2 started with a false flag. There are also real nuts out there who wanna hurt people (altough I believe that real terrorists are rare like unicorns), so It's hard for average Joe to clear out what is what. Thing about terrorism is that you always gotta look who profits from it in a bigger picture.

I give it out to Glenn Beck for having a pair when he talked about FED being federal as Federal Express and pointing out who is the real owner of the country. Many believe he was fired for that.

There's a name for this kind of people: Patsies or Oswalds. Unfortunately we can only speculate. I do wanna know the answer on one other question though. How come that during september 11 and Boston bombing letters with poison were sent to high ranking politicians of whom some died. Isn't that coincidence just too weird?

Chaotic scene in Boston area after explosions, gunfire, fatal shooting of MIT officer
hrc replied to Dave's topic in The Pub
I just read a sarcastic political comment on the net: Obama to FBI chief: You still don't have a Boston bomber? FBI chief: I'm afraid not. Obama: Find somebody to blame it on quickly! FBI chief: Who should it be, an Afgan? Obama: No, then everybody will say, that's 'cause of your war overthere. FBI chief: Should it be a Saudi? Obama: No, everybody will say why are we friends with them. FBI chief: How about Russian? Obama: Are you crazy, I don't wanna mess with Putin! FBI chief: Maybe Chechen? Obama: Hmmm....? Never heard?! Make two of them! -

What is the latest standalone patch for SF2 ?. (not update for patch). I'm reinstalling and I'm never 100% sure of this stuff.

SF2 installation
hrc replied to hrc's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
I just patched my default SF2 sept.2011 to march 2012 and then to july 2012. Everything is cool and the game in the lower right corner confirms it. -
SF2 installation
hrc replied to hrc's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
"This update is for Mar 2012 or later version of Strike Fighters 2. If you have an earlier version, you must update the game to Mar 2012 version before applying this update." This is what it says in the description of July 2012 patch. My default SF2 is sept. 2011. So I'm not sure. -
Yes, it depends on the type of bandit. But let's say bandit's plane is very similar in performance to yours. You cannot outrun him, out turn him or out climb him?

Is it possible to increase angle view? Specifically I want to see further back.

Spin recovery?
hrc replied to hrc's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - General Discussion
Just tested recovery methods with Mirage III. Stick forward, rudder counter to spin, and full afterburner did the job. It recovers while losing only around 5000 feet. Thanks all! F-4 in real life procedure was just to take your hand of the stick, throttle to idle, and plane would self correct after three right, and then three left spins because of his heavy nose. -
So sad to see the innocent hurt. Let's just hope perpetrators will be caught, and that personal freedoms won't be slashed again.

48-56: Exp. 1 Add-on (Redux) - Part 2 of 2
hrc replied to eburger68's topic in Thirdwire: Strike Fighters 2 Series - File Announcements
In Suez '56 only flyable plane on Israeli side is Ouragan, and on French airforce side the F-84, I say this 'cause in the previous version there were Mysteres and Mustangs as well. By the way great work on the details and ground units. -
I'm finished with it and it is a success. It took me last three days do it. I know I posted several weeks ago that I'm starting to built it, but I had some other things on my mind since then. There were some minor issues with calibration, but they were all solved thanks to FreeTrack forum community. The thing is absolutely playable, and it's not even a temporary thing with which to close a gap until buying a TrackIR for instance. It works great with all 6 dimensions of freedom. There is no day light pollution with the camera, I tested it with all lights on in the room. The most beautiful part is that it costed 10$ + a webcam that can no longer play its primary function. For some reason I'm not yet able to use FreeTrack with StrikeFighters2 and WO* 'cause the webcam control panel keeps poping up and minimizes the game, but I'll figure it out soon. FreeTrack works like a charm with my Free Falcon and Il-2 '46. To be hones, when I started with it I didn't think it would work at all, but in the end I was taken by surprise. I still can't believe its stability and smoothness. Unfortunately I'm not able to upload the clip I recorded where I'm flying around and rediscovering the cockpit of F-86 Sabre in Il-2 '46 :( My upload strenght is small. Youtube takes like 15+ hours to upload a 6min. compressed .avi clip, and Dailymotion just reports error during upload and stops. As soon as I manage to upload any FreeTrack clip, I'll post it here. If anyone wants to make his own FreeTrack device and set it up, feel free to ask me anything. It really isn't dificult to make one!

The most powerful thing in the world is the power of human will. Most people are not aware of that enormous potential strenght that resides in them. Now that you need it, I'm sure you'll find it.

Started to build the pointing device. I've just tested all three lamps connected in a serie, and they work fine. Now I just have to decide what kind of power supply it will have. I guess I'll go with cell phone charger, cause that way I won't have to change the batteries. The device will be mounted on the right side of the headphones. After that all I have to do is get a webcam and remove the IR filter from it (easier said than done), and then calibration can start. Reason I'm doing this is because for me to import TrackIR 5 it would cost 200 euros, so I'm trying this first. Will announce the final result whether it's a success or a failure.

Wow! Once I saw a documentary where the film crew met former Soviet deserter living in Kabul and driving a cab in 2002.
