If anyone is interested in an ePub format of the PDF I just converted it and would be happy to share. I don't know the copyright rules of the material or the forum but wanted to offer. I actually just ordered a copy of the book used from Amazon but wanted a copy to easily read while commuting and while I'm trying to learn to fly the A-10C at nights!
If your not familiar with it, ePub is a format used by an application called "Stanza" on the iPhone and iPad. I've found that the iPhone makes a surprising good ereader.
