Finally loaded up the new F-15E for Mountain Home. I've been useing the Coral F-15C that someone painted up as the 391st. 4 tail numbers including the CO's who I took up to Hill for a Dusk flight. I know this post really doesn't show off the plane but the sky was awesome and I have a new water set I'm using :D I'll do up a similar package to the Seymour Johnson one.

The update is on the the Flight1.com's website. It's installed when taking the shots above. I still might need to tweek it, I believe I can tone it down a bit. I'll double check, I was in a rush as it was around 1am

Check out these roads flight one is about to release as a payware update  Here are a few shots comparing the default, to new USA Roads. Notice the more accurate road placement, as well as curve details. It is also very likely you will be able to locate the street you live on, or work at, with this product. before Default Asheville after Updated with USA Roads Default outside Columbus OH. USA Roads - Notice the new road placement, and how the roads curve accurately. http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_post...p?TID=7507&PN=1 more over heads at airports in the above link Check out this night shots FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE May 28, 2004 USA Roads for Microsoft Flight Simulator Flight One Software, in cooperation with Scenery Solutions, has announced the upcoming and exciting new product: USA Roads for Microsoft Flight Simulator. Designed to raise Flight Simulator 2004 to new heights of realism, USA Roads for Microsoft Flight Simulator will bring your flying experience alive with nearly every road in the continental USA, from surface streets in your neighborhood, to the major roads, highways, and more. Interchanges, ramps, access roads, are all included. The entire continental United States is covered in super high detail, with millions of miles of roads. The product uses precision proprietary mapping data to provide highly accurate road layouts. Divided roadways and highways are displayed in their correct positioning for both sides, not just as a single line using a divided road texture. You will see roads the way they are supposed to look! This is invaluable for those VFR flights where you need road and highway landmarks to help you navigate. Now you can take off low and slow in the Piper Cub from the tip of Florida, across the central plains, up through the northwest mountain regions, and all the way to Seattle, with just USA Roads and a road map. USA Roads have been carefully optimized for FS2004 to have little impact on performance, and to blend in nicely with existing scenery textures, land class, and terrain mesh. USA Roads include their own texture set. New daytime textures brighten up concrete roadways and blend in with the urban land class textures. New night textures provide more accurate looking street-lighting effects. Initial product release will be in downloadable format and will require a broadband connection because of size. The CD ROM version will be available shortly after the download version is released. Product release is expected to be in mid June with tentative pricing set to $29.95 for the download version, and $34.95 for the CD ROM version. For more information, please go to http://www.flight1.com, or the USA Roads forum at http://www.simforums.com/forums/forum_topics.asp?FID=19.

sure can.

not sure how to remove trees. I had the same problem at one of my KC-135 bases. From an overhead sat shot the ramp is much different that what I was allowed to create is MS :(

Sweet, my wife has been working a lot of OT and gave me some money to buy this. Made the purchase last night, I'll post some screenshots tomorrow B)

These are for the freeware F-15E by David Bushell. The main model can be found on Flightsim.com or Simviation.com I will have 2 skins for each unit, 333rd, 334th, 335th & 336th FS. I'll also have some flight plans and the afcad for Seymour Johnson. I'll post once I upload them here
-
I thing I like about the new ATC is I tried departing Plattsburgh VFR during a thunderstorm and ATC denied my VFR request. B)
-
I think it's also available at simviation.com these 2 are at Flightsim v-22ospr.zip or v22caf.zip V22.ZIP is the main file though. the author is Vlad Zhyhulskiy

your using 2002 aren't you? AFCAD is much harder in 2002 than 2004, another reason why I uninstalled 2002. AFCAD is FS9 is so much easier. Sorry, it's a huge pain to edit airports using the old afcad for 2002.
-
yeah, I've had some issues like that with atc. This weekend I was testing some AI flights. I had to have a IFR out of Plattsburgh to Pease. ATC had the IFR flights landing RW16 while the VFR flights were landing RW34. WTF? They seem to sometimes vector you and other times not. Did you have a GPS IFR or a VOR IFR flight plan?
-
I'm not positive but AFCAD should be able to create the airport. It's much easier using in 2004 which I have done but I've only edited existing airports in 2002 so I'm not sure. You will need GMAX or FSDS to create AC, that is way above my skill level

there is a Fentress addon which simulates cables just south of Oceana I believe. I like taking off from the carrier and then practice catches. I think you need the aircab to get it to work though, I could zip it up and you could test it out if your interested?

Ive finished the remaining R units of Robins, Andrews and Fairchild AFB. This pack includes flyable and AI cfg information along with AI flight plans, although I kept them light. Simply add the info to the existing aircraft cfg. Here are some of the Aircraft it was just uploaded here in the reskins military section of 2004

For me growing up watching the FB-111's and the 509th is in here this purchase was a no brainer. Nice VC and plenty of paint schemes. Plus a paint kit will be released later. plus I've also seen a thread on SIM-Outhouse where they will be releasing a B-52H that will drop Cruise missles and will work fully in FS9 <_<

I've never seen this error message, sorry I can't help

no AI show up in MP :( I've done numerous Military packages but they're not for the low end PC's as I use flyable models for my AI models PAI has some nice freeware airliners that I've added so I can hear United, Delta and American over the ATC instead of the made up airlines. Very easy on the frame rates. What type of Ai are you looking for?
-
Just uploaded this package at the 2 regular sites. I can't get into the upload area here. So here's a link ;) AI KC-135R package Still have a few skins to release but they had to wait to get more detailed. Hickam AFB Tinker AFB Penn ANG Ramp Altus heading back layout of all the R units in this package I still have 4 Fairchild AF tails to do as well as Robins and Andrews. I'll release them as an addon to this package alittle down the road.

Grand Forks is in there but I didn't do Forbes, aren't they an E unit? This is strickly all R unit bases. Thanks Jeff, just replied back.

First off I would like to thank Des Burrell for his help with the AFCADS and flight plans. I would also like to thank Michael MacIntyre for his help in lending me his AI FM for this pacakge and his New Hampshire textures which are part of his NEMAI package. If you currently have our NEMAI package installed you might have to tone back the flight plans for either this package or the NEMAI package of KPSM.The main files for this package will be the KC-135 from Rok Dolenec, his updated R version can be downloaded from his site here http://www.geocities.com/r0kec/index.html And my reskins package (kc135r_reskin_package.zip) found at AVSIM, Flightsim, Sim-Outhouse and Boihazcentral.
