  1. Any talented skinner want to try their hand on creating the new camo scheme on the Iranian F-14s? I'd try to make 'em myself but alas, I'm no talented skinner.

  7. Well, considering the Finnish foreign policy, our planes would most likely be used for defensive A2A missions (CAP, INTERCEPT). Although if s**t would hit the fan our planes could also be used for the A2G role thanks to the latest MLU's. Here's the F-18C, Link. Sorry for the external host, it seems I've exceeded my attachment quota.
  8. Seeing as Finland still isn't in the theather, I thought maybe I could take command of our nation. I've also mashed together a somewhat accurate representation of the Finnish F-18C Hornet. Should I post it here?
  9. Sorry, It's a bit late and only one weapon. It's the 23 ItK 61 (zu-23-2), the weapon that my unit used when I did my time in the army. I've tweaked the default ini's to create a more realistic representation of the weapon and made one of the two guns to shoot armor piercing rounds and the other HE rounds as in real life the belts would be mix of these. I'll post some more weapons (a couple of older 20mm, 40mm bofors, 35mm oerlikon) and a couple of missiles after I get their credits sorted out. The File
  10. Just thought I'd point out that the IL-28's Finland had were recon variants. Also, a while ago i made some ini-edits to create various Finnish anti-aircraft weapons. If there's any interest I could post these on Sunday when i get back home from South Africa.
  11. Finnish Gnats climing to intercept soviet bombers in the early 60's Splash one! Huge thanks to Baltika for this fabulous terrain!
  12. Awesome! Now I can Finally take back Karelia Now off to learn campaign making..
  13. Hey, the afterburner effects of the package haven't been updated to the latest standards. To fix it, open up Mig21_Mig_ABEmitter.ini in the effects folder and add the underlined line. [Mig_ABMaterial] EffectShaderName=effectFire.fx DepthBufferCheck=TRUE DepthBufferWrite=FALSE IgnoreRenderOrder=FALSE Hope this helps!
  14. If i recall correctly, the excellent MiG-21 cockpits by Paladrian have always had some quite nice head bobbing going on. Maybe someone with the knowhow™ should take a look at them and see how it's done, because I don't recall them altering the Aircraftobject.ini.
  15. Thanks for the update! There's just one thing i'd like to point out. In the update some tanks were given the ability to shoot at air targets, I just found this out the hard way when i was tasked on CAS-mission against some T-55's in 1956. The mission ended with my Mystere getting shot down by two (2) direct hits from 100mm cannons. Even before my demise, the air was filled with cannon round streaking very close to my plane. I doubt this was the intention, so is there any way to prevent tanks from firing their cannons at me and restrict them to only use their AAMG's? If this is not possible, how could I at least make the cannons less accurate?
  16. Blasph... err.. ...that's quite nice actually! Now if we only had a terrain suitable for a Note Crisis gone hot campaign.

  18. Thanks rscsjsuso5. I appreciate your effort, but all it did was move the cockpit forwards inside the other one. So I still have a double cockpit. *edit* Ok so I sorta fixed it. I hid the fuselage in the data-ini to get rid of the extra cockpit, but now i can see the back of the cowling from certain angels.
  19. Hmmm... This is just odd. The LOD I got from here is dated 25.11.2005. I took the cockpit from the older release, used your numbers and got what appears to be like a two-seater with the backseater shooting the frontseater in the neck. And yeah, it's way too back.
  20. Actually Wrench, there are 2 P-47N's on this site http://combatace.com/files/file/520-p-47n-thunderbolt-addon/ and http://combatace.com/files/file/1807-p-47n-15rar/. And thanks for the link. Unfortunately there's no cockpit included, just the skin, some weapons and ini's I guess I'll try and get wolf's pit from russo's older release working.
  21. BE-AU-TI-FUL! Here's another zipper taking out bombers early 80's style.
  22. Thanks Wrench. But not quite the view i was looking for, makes aming a wee bit harder: @Dave72 Thanks, I'll update the readme & credits
  23. If you'd just read the readme you wouldn't have to ask. There's a link to the plane in the installation instructions.
