Cinemaware Wings is Back! Remastered

Well, I do respect your opinion... I, and many others gently disagree. I don't think is POS.... seriously. I still play old games. I think they're good for what they are. A puzze game could be very very good, for a puzzle game.... you do not compare a puzzle game with God of War, for example. I still play bomberman for snes, Diablo 1, Bladur's Gate... And I play some of the new games too. But if I want the kind of experience that a specific game gives (even though it's old) I'll go for it. I bet that you have some stuff that you like that is old... or "retro". We'll like WW1 planes, even that better technology turned them obsolete... That's not important for us. They're beautiful, charming, dangerous.... and there is some magic to it... that's lacking today... Wings is not a Flight simulator... we'll know that. Could be a Flight simulator for that time, not today. But it still is a story telling game, with emotional aspects and Historical Events! It has something to it that I feel is generally is lacking nowadays. So, for those who like that kind of thing, it will be pretty good I guess! Just like me. Some things are like horse-riding... no matter how technology goes further... it will always be nice, right? For those who like it, of course. That's just my opinion, but believing that others may share that... I spread that!- 2 replies
