  1. Hey thats good news, thanks guys
  2. Hi kukulino, I will be in Kosica Slovakia for a few days next month, have you been to the aircraft museum? Whats it like? Do you pay to get in? Thanks
  3. On your posting tool bar you should see an image like this click on it and copy past http line from "Direct Link" and your done.
  4. 813 is not M....... 813 is P (see attached photo) 806 F (probably, the photo is not very clear, see attached) Unfortunately there does not seem to be any sequential relationsip between the serial numbers and the letters on the 2 squadron Mirage 3's. The SAAF bought 16 Mirage 3CZ's, serial numbers 800 to 815 all the letters on the fin appear to have been in red, some of the EZ's had EZnumber... mid fuselage in black eg EZ1 and EZ6.(see photo) In the poto below the 2nd, 3rd and 4th Mirage's are Mirage 3EZ's the rest are all CZ's
  5. That terrain really looking great. Cockpit too, can't find it to download yet though.
  6. Anybody interested in modding one of the two MB 326 models to the single seat, twin 30mm cannon equipped Aermacchi MB326 KC / Impala MK2 ? These aircraft have some great colour schemes and have seen a lot of action in Africa. Besides strike/ ground attack/ close air support and Recce missions South African Air Force also used them to shoot down a number of Angolan Mi24's and Mi17 choppers. Could do some interesting African campaigns with these sort of aircraft and would involve a lot of interesting aircraft combinations. Any news on the Buccaneer that someone was making?
  7. Sorry about that last photo, here is another try
  8. Her a few interesting ones Ordway. 2 of the same Imps from the previouse photos, 1085 & 1082 but this is later in their lives with all national markings remove for ops. The next pics are of two Imps in experimental schemes. They flew in Ops area in these experimental schemes. http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg268/g...000/imp2_53.jpg It would be really nice to have a Southern African terrain and campaign.
  9. Yeah and the South African Air Force 24 squadron used them on strike missions deep into Angola from mid 70's until the end of the war in 1989, never lost one in combat all those years. As they say "Gone But Not Forgotten"
  10. Hey Starfighter2, those two photos are of Imp MK 2's from 5 squadron when they were based in Durban in the 80's, used to watch them flying around almost every day, the good old days
  11. Hey Ordway, I understand what you are saying, be sure I was not criticizing your work, I was just asking if those changes were possible. Thanks again for what you have done.
  12. Good work Ordway. Some info though, the fuselage gunpods are back to front, the narrow part faces the front of the aircraft and the "fat" part should point to the tail, the black hole that we are currently shooting out of is actually the empty casing ejection port. (see photos below). Is it possible to turn it around? Are you going to be able blank off the rear cockpit? Keep up the good work, really looking forward to the completed project, thank you.
  13. Thanks JA 37 Viggen. This is the correct style cammo pattern for most SAAF Impala MK1's & MK2's The Impala MK 1's in this cammo were used by SAAF in Southern Angola for "Telstar" (Radio relay Aircraft), search and rescue and various co-ordination tasks. This is the same standard cammo used by the single seat Impala MK2's in "Ops in Angola",(Close air support, strike, interdiction etc) note some aircraft had full national markings and some were later devoid of all national markings. There were also a few interesting "Experimental" cammo schemes used on operations, I will give those a try when we have a proper single seat Impala MK2 for the game. (ASAP please Marcfighters, Ordway)
  14. I am using photobucket, how do I post a pic directly onto the page, like the Angolan Hind above?
  15. http://s250.photobucket.com/albums/gg268/g...th_img00079.jpg <a href="http://s250.photobucket.com/albums/gg268/gregair2000/?action=view&current=img00075.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i250.photobucket.com/albums/gg268/gregair2000/img00075.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> Experimenting with photo bucket, sorry if it does'nt work out great. Anyway, two pics of my cammo Impala MK1 skin, still a work in progress.
