  3. Or better yet, Don't load them from Your LoadoutScreen.........Make them Capable through the F-4Data.INI (Adding GP), But change the Loadout for that Mission in the Loadout.INI....They won't load them unless You make them....

  6. Us Marines are morrbid in our own sick way..... The reason for the Noses painted the way they are is the Marine Corps thought about forming an Aerobatic Team. VMFA-235 was to be that Team. But the CNO canx the Idea, Saying that the "Navy already had a Flight Demostration Team." The Blue Angels......235 were going to fly the F-8's. (VMF(AW)-235) But of course, Vietnam broke out.... 235 kept these Colors until they stood down with F/A-18's in 1992.

  9. It may be where You are placing the Decal. This Line.... MeshName=Line05 <<<<<< Try Changing it to fuselage_front or fuselage_middle if it's AD's F-105...fuselage_center or fuselage_rear for ThirdWire's F-105D.... 331KillerBee
  10. http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showforum=189 Read the KB for some Tips. It's just like SF1 Basically. But in SF2, It adds Weapons like adding Ground Objects. Just be sure to have the SF2 Weapons Editor,(That You can get here at CA or at TW's Site) And BE SURE TO ADD ALL FILES THAT PERTAIN TO THAT WEAPON TO IT'S RESPECTIVE FOLDER.(.INI's, .Lod's,.Bmp's,.Tga's.......ect.) Merging can be done via taking the Old WeaponsData.INI and changing the Encoding from ASNI to Unicode in NotePad prior to Merging in the New Weapons Editor. Be sure to test the Weapons out one at a time to fix any Bugs. If You get a conflict Message from Windows that says something like "Can not read MissleObject.Dll" Then something is out of place. Take one Folder out at a time until You don't get that Message. When it works, The last File that You removed has something wrong with it. Hope This Helps. 331KillerBee

  13. It's because YAP2 is not set up to take advantage of WOV's Campaigns. YAP2 is 100+ User Generated scripted Missions that have all the Visuals, (ie Models, Textures, Effects....ect.) To effectly make them work. The Developer has researched the Missions via contacting the actual Pilots that flew the Missions durning the War. But due to the Fact that YAP2 is dependent upon special additions, (ie Models,Textures,Effects...ect.) Campaigns will not work with that Install. If You would like to take advantage of WOV's Campaigns, I reccomend doing another Install of WOV or purchase SF2, if You haven't already, and WOV2 is currently under development and will be out soon. Which will be an Add-On for SF2. Hope this helps. 331KillerBee

  19. Yep, FC is right. I remember asking TK about this a couple of Years ago when I was putting together the first Version of OTC..........The Engine does it. But for the life of Me, I can't recall which .Dll he said does it......The Engine detects how much Memory Your Vid card has and will Bench Mark off of that. Besides, You ever wonder how the Game detects what Vid Card You have in the Options Screen? 331KB

    Looks great Spinners! Speaking of the CatPack. I think it's an outstanding Tool for modding Terrains. Case in point. I've got CA_Stary's Green Hell 2. Approch Lights and Brian32's Tile re-paints But My SF2 VietnamSEA Folder looks like this. Just remember some ground Rules. 1) You can Mod an existing File with the same Name. But can't cange a File Name and add to a .CAT. Applies to the "Stock" Files that came with the "Stock .Cat". 2) The .Cat must have the same number of files or less to work. The Header of the .Cat tells the Engine how many Files it should have. (If using less, You do this at Your own risk. It sometimes works.) 3) You can't add more Files than the Stock .Cat came with. The Header of the .Cat calls this out. In turn, This makes for neat and tidy Terrain Folders that just cry out for more Ground Objects to be added. If You've looked at the Picture above, You'll see that all I have to do is add new Ground Objects to the VietnamSEA Folder and extract the .INI's and make changes so they'll work..... 331KillerBee
