TV Filter Color

Hi at all

is there a possibility to change the color of TV Filter?

 

for example:

 

 

 

how do i to change the color in grey of left TV Monitor???and for all aircraft use the green???

It's due to game engine settings. Changing it to a grey texture AFAIK makes it a color monitor, so not much luck unless they tweak the engine.
