Downloading New Aircraft

I'm having a problem when downloading and installing some of the addon aircraft files.

The files that are giving me the problem don't open after downloading or download and there is only empty Zip file.

An example are the Harrier files. I haven't been able to download any of these Mint files.

The other 3 seem fine though.

Woofiedog, these are .rar rather than .zip perhaps that is the problem for you?

 

MK2 if you look at http://forum.combatace.com/filelibrary/ there are quite a few files showing as 0K e.g. http://forum.combatace.com/filelibrary/tornado.zip

BUFF & MK2... Here are a few examples of the files I'm having a problem with.

TU-16 Badger and AV-8c Sea Harrier ... both of these files come up blank when I try to download them.

FRS2 Sea Harrier .... I get a RAR type file that does not open correctly when I try to open it.

Is there something that I'm doing wrong with these files... I've also tried save the RAR type files and have had no luck.

I want to Thank You for answering my post and looking into this for me.

woofie, you need to install winrar for it to work. it is like zip files but you need the application. I know there is a free download.

woofiedog, both the FRS2 & Tu-16 download & extract fine with winRAR here.

If you mean the USMC Harrier it's showing up as 0K so MK2 has to sort that 1 out.

 

In future could you post the link(s) to a file(s) e.g. http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?act=d...download&id=559 as:

1) it is quicker as it saves us searching ;)

2) we can be certain that we are all talking about the right/same file(s).

BUFF & MK2... I finally got things straighten out and running. I haven't worked with RAR files before... so I've learned something new. LOL!

I have so say that these aircraft addon's are Mint! You guys must have spent some time working on these. Great Job! to the Programer's.
