About This File
Two Seafire IIC (L III), MB244/6-Q and MB229 6-H flown by 899 Naval Air Squadron from HMS Indomitable from Scarpa Flow (Shetland Isles) as part of the British Home Fleet in June 1943.
Both A/C have the fuselage stengthening beams fitted for the forward cockpit bulkhead to the radio compartment, and the wing strengtheners required due to the added stresses of carrier landings.
Thx to Jester and TonyT for the base template, FBS for the internal layers from his MkVIII template and Robo for weathering and bits from his MkVc template.
4 skins included, 6-H/Q, one with national markings and one with tail flash.
