Trouble getting AA-3C missile onto exported planes

For a custom experience for my personal use, I'm trying to sling the AA-3C missile from FLOGGER23/Boopidoo's Su-15 under the innermost pylons of logan4's gorgeous MiG Ye-8_144, instead of the fictional R-9 missiles that are in the Ye-8 mod. I've gone so far as to swap the pylons wholesale from the Su-15A, except for their mounting geometry to the Ye-8's wing. The missile shows up fine on Soviet aircraft, but doesn't appear on the loadout screen at all for export customer nations flying the exact same plane. I changed lines in AA-3C_data.ini that I thought would fix the issue, but it's still not showing up for any customer nations I've tried, in the era that I've set it to appear in (1966-2005, and I've tried India, Poland, Egypt, and the VPAF). Later exported missiles DO show up in later campaigns, but not from the R-8/R-98 family.

It DOES look like it belongs there, on the Soviet planes. Any help on getting this to the VPAF to scare BUFFs would be great!

Check the desired aircraft pylons to ensure they can handle SARH missiles. Also ensure they do not have a specific station code.
