YokaiSeals Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Hello, I was planning to buy Strike Fighters 2, but everytime I try to enter the Third Wire Store, it gives me an ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED error, can anyone help me with this? Thanks.
Flanker562 Posted May 28 Posted May 28 Hi, the new website is here: https://thirdwireproductions.com/index2.htm Unfortunately there is no way to buy SF2 at the moment, other than the mobile version, so just going to have to wait until they start selling, either there or on Steam. 2

Personally if they migrate to Steam I'm buying it there, and deleting the backup I have, so yeah gotta wait until... something happens.

Also interested to see how this would work for all the community made mods. Obviously Steam has workshop for this stuff but would the install process be able to be handled by that?

I'm not sure what would happen with a Steam install versus a standalone install, so I can't answer that question until something like SF2 comes out on Steam, and especially the Complete version then I'd delete the backup I have, and depend on Steam.

Yeah, I'm spitballing. But I'm sure a Steam install is just the same as a non-Steam install, except within the "SteamApps" folder. I could be wrong, mind.
Flanker562 Posted June 2 Posted June 2 Yeah, some people here have bought the Steam WoE and it seems to mimic the structure like WoE did, so there shouldn't be any issues hopefully with a future Steam download.
