How to implement DeucesPhotorealistic desert

Hi!

 

Trying to improve on the already exellent Iran-Iraq mod.

Cannot get the Photorealistic terrain (Deuce) to work in campaign mode.

The improved airfields are also non existend outside single missions.

 

How to get them in the campaign?

Did it!

 

Extracted the whole thing, added/substituted new files and voila!

With a little hint from Deuces tough...
