Is it possible by editing the data ini files to model the mach pitch up, or mach tuck, behavior of the straight wing aircraft of the early fifties, such as the F-84, F-80, etc.? Also, does the limiting mach number really have an effect? I dived my 84 straight down tonight, and at one point in the twenty thousand foot vertical dive I could swear I was at a speed which would have put me through the mach, which was not possible in this aircraft (from what I've read), because of a severe mach induced pitch up at .85, which sometimes broke up the aircraft, if it was flown this fast. I haven't been able to find anything in the ini files that jumps out at me, then again, I'm not capable of modding these myself, so I thought I'd ask. Thanks...
