First time downloading..need help

I real tuff question for a real newbie...

 

This is my first computer game and I was wondering where I put the files downloaded for an aircraft.

 

I downloaded the skin for the meteor. Where do I put all the files. Does everthing go into the:

 

Objects

Aircraft <---folder???

 

or does all the different files go to different directories..
