I know im digging out an old thread but from what ive seen in the demo, how do you get the helis out of the hanger?

Wow, looking at this shot now I can see a ton of improvements since last year!

 

Anyway, if it's a UH-60, you can roll it out by pushing forward on the stick a bit without giving it any collective to lift off. The tail will come up, but it will still go.

If it's a skid-equipped one, you have to get it just BARELY off the ground and hover-taxi forward very carefully!

Generally speaking, though, flyable helos shouldn't be parked in a hangar. It's a mistake by the mission maker if it is.
