EF-4C electronic improvements in game

On the EF-4C – is there any difference in the game with all those electronic pods on pylons? I understand that in the real EF-4C, electronics and avionics were crucial to SEAD missions, but in the game, does selecting all those electronic pods do something (when those pods could be used more weapons)?
