F-105D 49TH TACTICAL Problem

When i click on the download all i get is a listing of machine code.

 

Looking at it, the first 3 characters is: RAR , is this a RAR file or a ZIP file???

It is a RAR file. I had trouble downloading it with Netscape, but IExplorer seemed to have no problems with it.

wont open for me either. I get the same error.
