Sucks you can't find anyone to help you out. I'm trying to learn 3DSM and Photoshop as quick as I can but...

Hey Gerald, could you list what specific details need to be finished on the model and what kind of polycount there is so far? I've been playing with 3D studio max for a couple to few months and I might be able to do a few things with it. I'd probably need some help with building small details like bomb bays, gear etc.

Not trying to chnage the topic but where the bloody hell is everyone getting 3DS max that isn't costing them 3,000 dollars?

 

I have tried to find it on E-bay and the only thing i find is the tutorials.

If you are a student or teacher you can get an educational copy for about $500 but you are restricted to non-commercial use.

 

There are Stores that specialize in educational software and you need proof of being a student. And I think they are only available in the US.

Unfortunately mine's a copy but I did the decent thing and nicked it from a guy I knew who pirated it for himself to prevent him from using it (I was bored and wanted some entertainment ) and, you know, to instill that sense of Karma... it didn't work though. He got his grubbies on another copy...
