theres No gun for the F-111 no machine gun

if you start and go to the loadout screen in the game go to the last load out and then scoll down and the F-111 Gun Bay..

Only the A model had the gun. And you need the weps pack to get it.

I got it and installed it Its still not there in the F-111A loadout

I keep getting a CTD it worked fine until I put the Wepons pack files in the strike fighters folder

An F-111 with a gun?

 

It's not a dogfighter. The AIM-9's are for self defense only.

 

We experimented with a "D" model bay gun IRL, but it was scrapped at our test squadron. It never made it into

the field.

 

As to the weapons pack, read the readme.txt, it explains how it should be installed correctly...

I think you already posted at ThirdWire's tech forum and TK answered to you.

 

You need to have the program up to date (BTW, which one are you using) to the current patch and the current weapons pack. Also if you use a weapon editor be sure that you use the current editor.

 

SP4 introduced new weapon features so you need to match it to the weapons pack and weapons editor.

 

Also where do you put the weapons?

 

It should be something like this: C:\Program Files\Strike Fighters\Objects\Weapons

 

All the weapon files including the weapondata.ini and weapondat.dat must be there.
