My guess is that almost certainly you can't.

 

This type of Mod that replaces one aircraft (in your case Su-33) with the shape of another (F-14) is fine provided you take it at face value and accept that it is just for a bit of harmless fun. You are still flying an Su-33 and it isn't a swing wing aircraft hence you have no control for that. The Mod simply makes it look like an F-14.

The wings can retract but only on the ground. It works with the folding wings on the su33 (Ctrl-p) . If there is some way to mod the wings to stay folded.

One of my biggest gripes to add on aircraft for lockon Flaming cliffs is the lost or replacing original aircraft for the new FM. I think no one has yet come up with a way to retain all original aircraft while adding new ones.
