+Fates Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 The Airbus 380 market is not passengers, but freight. And now, FedEx has canceled their orders and UPS may do the same in favor of the Boeing. I think the pax market was always intended to be small compared to freight. Quote
+SayethWhaaaa Posted December 14, 2006 Posted December 14, 2006 The luxury Liner and sleeper concepts are pretty popular in the asia-pacific region and there's been a lot of press about Qantas and Singapore airliners operating several units for that specific purpose. But with the delays with the freighter entering service, I think that popularity is going to cool. But then again maybe not all that much as Boeing still has a reputation for its hand over fist style of marketing and revenue generation... Quote
