AlbatrosDIII

EDITED AND REPAINTED STOCK ALBATROS DVA TO REPRESENT A MID WAR ALBATROS DIII for FIRST EAGLES

with reduced performance to match the period...

for use with mid war aircraft etc

install to the objects/aircraft folder

if for example you fly a single mission and select 1917 as the year in the mission screen..

then only aircraft of that era will be loaded into the mission

so this aircraft allows you to fly in the correct period and have some slightly more appropiate targets/enemys

(is player flyable allso)

Bort, good model but I had to reverse the rudder. I use a "twist" stick ..... twist to the right and you yaw to the right and vice versa. On your mod the rudder was animated correctly but yawed in the opposite direction. I corrected it and it's fine now ..... just wondering if anyone else noticed this ?

catch,

Open the Data.ini for the D-III and scroll down to [Rudder] and make the following change:

[Rudder]

SystemType=CONTROL_SURFACE

InputName=YAW_CONTROL

ReverseInput=FALSE<--------change to--->ReverseInput=TRUE(this should take care of the problem)

MaxDeflection=23.7

MinDeflection=-23.7

CDdc=0.0098

Cydc=0.1818

Cldc=0.0466

Cndc=-0.0197

Thanks anyway Bwf ..... that's exactly what I did. I'm glad you posted though. I thought it might have been something I'd done incorrectly when installing the DIII lol.
