Making Skins in Photoshop?

Sorry Newbie Question. Any Step wise Guides to Making skins for LOMAC in Photoshop, IE Resolution to be used, things that need to be watched out for so that the skin remains compatible, ETC. Thanks

depends, but 24-32 bit Windows Bitmap (as well as TGA files) can be used. Here's a little tutorial that I did for it:
