Initially the B-29s were used in daylight bombing raids, but suffered from heavy losses due to the heavy Air Defense of the NK, and MiGs. So they switched night ops. The NK also used search lights to bracket the bombers, and to reduce the glare and reflection, the B-29s sported field applied black camo on the bellies.

There was a pretty good article in a recent issue of WINGS magazine.

they did have them during the Koran war so a p-51 all the way to a f-86 will work well.

I have Tupolev Tu-4 copy too, so you can intercept it with F-89C (D shortly), F-86, F-100 and others because they served until 1965 I think :-)

The F-86, the USAF's first swept-wing jet fighter, made its initial flight on October 1, 1947. The first production model flew on May 20, 1948, and on September 15, 1948, an F-86A set a new world speed record of 670.9 mph.1958 the US dispersed many of its F-86Ds to other countries,F-100 Lasted till the mid-1970s Air National Guard.
