I install these maps (falklands and malvinas), but i dont find any runway and ground objects... please help me

I know the Malvinas map can be a little lacking i don't recall in being empty of ground objects! What type of missions are you flying? When you downloaded the maps did you put all the objects from the vip into you objects folder?

Sounds like you are missing the .CAT file. I don't have that terrain, but all terrains need a CAT file for the things you have missing. Usually this is a renamed desert.CAT. Take a look at the install instructions again, and the Knowlege base in these forums. Since you have one of the third wire games, it's easy to get one of the CAT files to work, you will just have to do some renaming and ini editing.

In order to get the desert.cat you need a legally obtained copy of SFP1. I have WOV and was able to use the Falklands terrain by editing the ini to point to the VietnamSEA.cat.

Just take the vietnamcat file and rename it to which ever terrain you need, i did this for the Malvinas terrain and all works Fine no issue at all, I have also done this for the Madagascar campaign and again works just fine.
