To my ANZAC friends, thank you for being such great allies.

Lest we forget

Cheers Dave, ANZAC day's becoming more popular with the kiddies these last few years too which is good to see because there was bugger all participation from the younger crowds when I was a kid (I'm talking 21 and under). A mate of ours from 11 Sqn just got back from Iraq so it was good to catch up with him for a midweek, mid morning BBQ and beer. And my brother in law's dad too! He was nicely toasted when we caught up with him. He's a ADF (Army)Vietnam Veteran, though not exactly sure what he did whilst there. He's a bit deaf from it (kind of like when someone listening to a walkman or ipod sounds when they try to talk to you) but I didn't wanna probe him for it. He has some great shots from his time on the Vung Tau Ferry travelling there, hopefully I'll be able to get my grubbies on some and post them. Hopefully...
