WOV freezes-up

My WOV freezes-up every once in awhile. It is a modded game. Does anyone else have this problem and is there a fix? Thanks in advance for your help.

What are your computer specs?

Hey Tristan,I am sorry I didn't answer you,I didn't know you had sent me a reply. Windows XP,Invidia G-force 7300, I have all updates,patches,Dx9,etc. It does not freeze-up very often.

Further things you should list:

 

1.Sound card

2.Amount of system RAM

3.The mods you're using in the game

HDrealtek,1gig ram,Terrian enhancement from duces,two planes from colume 5 and a couple of skins,weapons effect from duces. that's about all I can remember.

I should have asked you this before: what are your CPU specs? Have you updated your sound drivers?

 

The mods you list don't sound like they should be giving you any trouble, provided everything else is OK.

It is a HP AMD 64 PROCESSOR, I am pretty sure I have updated all the drivers but I will check the sound drivers again.

Its a very stable game and ive only had regular freezes after changing wrong files. Did the game freeze like this before you started changing things?

I honestly don't remember,however,I have a stock install and I will see if it does it on that one.
