Ultimate Universe Mod Progress Report

Greetings all,

 

If you are an Ultimate Universe Mod fan, well we have an update for you! First off we would like to thank you all for your support and the constructive feed back on the mod. It has been rather helpful and very productive in getting Patch II out to the community.

 

Patch II was released this past Sunday 20^th 2007. As we have also recompiled the mod into all the patches and fixes into one download. If you are interested download here:

We are starting to move into Stage II which will entail many new features, ships, races and much more with a few surprises to come. If you have any ideas or suggestions we would like to hear from you, as many have ask us to put into the mod and we would like to honor what you all would like to see in the mod. UUM isn’t a mod about the Team it is a mod about the community and what they would like to see with our wonderful team providing what they envision while bring something which the community feels they have a stake in what UUM does and what type of things it puts into the mod. While this is the case there are many things in which we are working on that are going to take some time and we would like to ask you to be patience and ask questions.

Hamachi Server information: “UUM Server”

 

If you aren’t familiar with Hamachi there are instructions provided here: http://chrisjonesgaming.net/forum/index.php?topic=547.0 the contact person which runs our Hamachi server is GRUNT and he would be the best person to talk to on this issue.

 

NOTE: From resent beta testing by GRUNT and Aircav they have discovered that you don’t need the official patches from bethsoft to play on MP on Hamachi and you can play the mod in the same manner.
