it will only appear with a setting in the conf.ini water=3 or 4 may be a nvidia problem ?

what drivers are you using?and have you had this before with older drivers?or maybe try to get new drivers. It could well be a nvidia problem,i have one and I really like it but some games don't.try turning the water down a notch and see what happens.

i have the latest nvidia driver installed

with the setting water=2 all works fine

i found one hint to for an older nvidia driver ( 96.89) with this driver there should be no problem so i will try it
