BQM-34 Drone

Hi is the BQM-34 Drone which is downloadable from CombatACE flyable in WOE as I have downloaded it and can not get it to appear anywhere within the WOE menus, do I need to modify it in some way for it to be usable in WOE?

no modification needed....just check if you dont have a folder with the plane INSIDE the plane folder.

IIRC it is an AI-only plane by default, so you have to assign a cockpit to it to make it flyable.

Correct. Without a cockpit planes won't appear in the single mission selections. Not sure why someone would want to fly the drone? Anyway if you put it in the Aircraft folder it will only show up randomly. If you want to use it for target practice I suppose you will have to create some custom missions for it. I think also the latest version of the RANGE terrain comes with some BQM-34 intercept missions.

 

edit: I see the Drone comes with a mission included, too.

Thanks as ever Guys, when it comes to the drone I have "cunning plan" which is still being formulated and being different enough may be of interest.
