Here is an updated version of Tomas Friberg's Lock On Flaming Cliffs

keyboard layout. I have converted it to a US keyboard and made a few

updates and corrections. It is formatted for printing on a US legal

size sheet and produces a high resolution output.

- Versioned release

- Fixed "Rejoin form" key (s/b Alt+[, not Alt+])

- Renamed "Tight form tgl" key (Shft+]) "Toggle form"
