Alright I am working on a couple of skins that have text I put on them. But they are blurry when I go ingame! Is there any tips or suggestions on how to make the text readable?

Decals.

sometimes 'text' stretches or wraps depending on where on plane it's placed.

decals stay together (is that right, or should it be legable?)

basically by using larger maps

base skins for flyable planes are originally set at 512*512 pixels

most if not all of today's addon skins are 1024*1024, some even 2048*2048

but only scaling up a 512 to a 1024 won't create a high rez skin, you have to redraw all details with the new scale, as upscaling will have reduced quality...

One question, what detail setting are you running your game on?

give us more details

as now, it's quite hard to help since we don't know much about your exact needs

I need Fictional squadron emblems, which some need to be done by scratch, Ex: I need an Emblem that consists of A shield with a sword across it, with the Squadron Number and It's branch inside the shield on either side of it.

well, I suggest you produce the emblems you need, and some of us around here could make these decals for you.
