Possible to open the F105 canopy?

Well, I got the F-8E canopy to open using Capun's method without an Animation number, but its hinged at the pilot's shoulder instead of the canopy hinges. Is this something that has to be changed in the model?

Czech6, unfortunately you are correct, it's not possible to chnage the nature of the forced animation without being able to reset its rotate position in max. I tried this quite a whlie ago and came across the same problem. Shame there's no animation for it.
