File upload update problem ?

I "edited this file" my nucular mod and uploaded a new version 1.3. Everything took except I still downloaded the older zip file that needed fixing. I had to totally delete the entire mod and upload a brand new upload, starting over. What happened?

 

Thanks. The 1.3 file downloads correctly now, but just wondering why the new zip file wouldn't take during the "edit this file" upload, while the new text and new screenshot took okay.

I have problems uploading files to CA with Internet Explorer 7 thanks to Microsoft :(

 

I think Erik or Fates told me that Microsoft in their great wisdom decided to do something their own way instead of using the standards.

 

I use FireFox to upload files, If the IE upload seemed to work, check the size of it to be sure it was uploaded correct. In some cases it will "upload" but the file is truncated

I use IE 7 all the time and upload to CA without problem
