Texture problem

Hi Chaps,

 

Can someone explain what is happening, I have made a drogue chute for my Typhoon but the texture is being weird, I have made a tga with tranparency between the chute lines, but the lines are bleeding through the canopy texture, I dont know why or how this is happening, does anyone have experience with this?
