damn big problem

problem: when i download something it stops when it is aound 47% can somebody help me??

Which browser are you using? Most people are using Firefox.

Is this a recent problem and does it occur with any file you try to download?

If you are going through a router try restarting it and restart your PC if you havnt done that also.

 

Try clearing out the temporary files from Internet Explorer - You can of course just download and install Firefox and try that - you can run Explorer and Firefox together if you like (I do)

I personally downloaded files from CA with IE6, IE7 and Opera v9,02(which I use 99,99% of time) and had no problems so I doubt it's the browser :dntknw:

The issue here is that there may(among other things) be a problem with his install of IE or even his install of Windows - trouble is we need to accertain that by asking some basics in the light of zero useful information :good:

Ive installed IE7 twice (went back to IE6),each time i had problems d/l with IE7,even with the updates IE7 on some systems can STILL play up.Microsoft do like to rush products and then try and fix em afterwards
