I suspect he means Tornado F.Mk.3 that's "Tornado fighter"

The ADV is the F.Mk.3 Sparky.

 

It's at Avsim - just type tornado in the search engine in file library and you should find the Panavia Tornado Pack

 

File Description:

This Package contains the Tornado IDS of the german "Luftwaffe", the GR.Mk1 and F.Mk3 of the british RAF and all necessary weapon models. For the internal guns, the latest weapon pack is needed!!! Of course, the Service Pack 3 has to be installed, to get the wing weapons working.
