Then you need a programme like Paint, Paintshop Pro, Photoshop, GIMP or may others. although not specific to Third Wire's games there are some skinning tutorials at http://www.simmerspaintshop.com/forums/forum33-tutorials/ or http://www.flightsimguides.com/?cat=5 & a lot of it is generic i.e. it will carry over.
