MiG-25, A-4N and Hawk SAM

Maybe someone could create a Syrian MiG-25 with the R-40R radar-guided and R-40T infrared-guided AAMs and the upgraded Israeli A-4N skyhawk in future for WOI? I think Syria did use its MiG-25s in the 1982 war. Great opponent for the F-15A Baz, don't you think so? Also, is the Hawk SAM available for download here?
